All Items are shipped on the next business day with Australia Post.

A tracking number will be provided within 2 business days of purchase.

Local Perth deliveries may be delivered by one of our team members, if this happens you will be notified of a drop off time and date.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Supp Bros, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs.

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions

Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
